ISLE Society for Young Professionals
Cathleen Stone Outward Bound School’s ISLE Society for Young Professionals is a vibrant group of young philanthropists in their 20's and 30's who stand In Support of Leadership and Education (ISLE). ISLE Society events engage young professionals from around greater Boston who gather on the Cathleen Stone Island and on the mainland to make new friends, network, and have fun while connecting over a good cause. Members are invited to exclusive events and are granted special access to Cathleen Stone Island Outward Bound School events. You can find a full list of benefits below.

Membership
Make a one time membership donation—or make it monthly—on our donation page!
Committing to a membership-level donation early in the year helps build our young professionals community, and you can then take advantage of membership perks during the year! Or, you can build your membership throughout the year by making donations at our fundraising events, purchasing tickets and merchandise, etc.
Members have an incredible impact on our work with students. Additionally, once considered an annual member, they receive the perks outlined below in recognition of their dedication to Cathleen Stone Island Outward Bound School.
Membership Details
ISLE Member: $200 Donation Annually | $16.67 Monthly
- Free admission to exclusive ISLE Society mainland events.
- ISLE Society hat.
- Discounted rate at island events.
- Invitation with guest to ISLE volunteer day.
Backpacker: $500 Donation Annually | $41.67 Monthly
- Everything a Member gets plus:
- Invitation to attend the Islanders Reception (signature event for donors who contribute $1,000 or more annually).
- ISLE Society Hoodie.
Any young professional who is not yet an annual member of the ISLE Society can receive invitations for mainland and on-Island gatherings for a fee. This fee can count towards a membership donation which will then unlock additional perks as outlined above.

Thursday, December 4th, 2025, 6-8pm at Lamplighter Brewing (284 Broadway, Cambridge MA)
You are invited to gather with us for a night of socialization and networking to learn more about our outdoor education and meet some of our most engaged Young Professional supporters, including our 2026 Boston Marathon Team.
Registration is free and open to the public. ISLE Lamplighter Night will include free drinks and food, as well as a brief 30-minute program where we will introduce our leadership, our Boston Marathon team, and play some trivia!

Monthly contributions help us plan in advance and help us ensure that we have what we need to fund our programs throughout the year. It's also a really easy way to set up your annual ISLE Society Membership!
