Made up of more than 300 members, the Islanders are a loyal and generous network that gives Cathleen Stone Island Outward Bound $1,000, $10,000, $50,000 and more. Altogether contributing almost $2 million annually, Islanders provide a strong foundation for our work, giving us the freedom to reach new heights.
Through their generosity Islanders provide:
- Hands-on science education and leadership adventure to middle school students through partnerships with Boston Public Schools at no cost
- Scholarships to Boston Public Schools students to attend summer backpacking and kayaking expeditions
- Preservation and maintenance to a pristine island classroom in the Boston Harbor
